Ordering from Biker-Gifts

Ordering is easy and versatile for your convenience. You can order on-line or mail-order by fax, post or by phone.

If it says "Take a look" - you will be directed to another web site from which you can make your purchase - we cannot take your order for these goods.

If you visit the bookshop, you will be ordering directly from AMAZON UK - You will not be able to combine orders for books with other products.

If ordering by post, cheques must be made payable to "TICK-CLOCKS"

If postage is included, it will say - there are no hidden costs.

If you need to discuss anything first, feel free to phone - between 9AM and 9PM. If no-one is free to take your call, please leave a message so that we can call you back.

Go to the order form here, print it and fill in the details. Alternatively fax your own order including all the details on our order form. Our fax machine is secure and accessible only to Tick-Clocks. Please remember to include your fax number or e-mail address on the completed order form, so that we can fax or email you a confirmation. Payment by Credit / Debit Card - complete your card details in the spaces provided and fax the completed order form to the number below. Payment by Cheque or postal order - fax your order as above and post a copy with your payment to the address below.

If possible include a phone number or email address, so that we can advise you of delivery. Payment by Credit / Debit Card - include the card details as follows with your order to the address below.

Please call the number below - if the answer-phone switches on, simply leave a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Where possible, we will advise you of delivery on the same day we receive your order.

We can accept credit card details over the phone. Your credit card details are immediately shredded following the transaction.

Delivery

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery is normally within 2-3 days, but can take up to 7 days. If we are our of stock of a particular product line, we will let you know by telephone or email.
